The challenge was to select a packaging design and make changes to enhance the original design. The original design was cluttered and had to to many colors. The text was set on top of an image that made it hard to read.
I decided to simplify the design to add a sense of organic quality. I chose a white back ground because white represents purity. The black text set on a white background adds contrast and is much easier to read. The tea is intended to be sold in health food and vitamin stores. The target audience is people who live a healthy life styles and eat mainly organic foods.
